04 Deposits and Payments

GoldBet accepts deposits in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in BDT with no currency conversion fees applied by GoldBet. Your mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.

The minimum deposit amount on GoldBet is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though GoldBet may apply limits to specific accounts as part of responsible gaming measures or fraud prevention.

  • Deposits are credited to your GoldBet account in real time in most cases.
  • If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, contact GoldBet support with your transaction reference number.
  • GoldBet only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
  • GoldBet reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where the source of funds cannot be verified.
Note: Never deposit using someone else's bKash or Nagad account. GoldBet will flag third-party deposits and may freeze the account until the situation is resolved.

05 Withdrawals

GoldBet processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This means if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will go to your bKash account. GoldBet does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts or different payment methods without prior verification.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. GoldBet does not charge a withdrawal fee. Most withdrawals are processed within a few hours. In some cases, particularly for larger amounts or accounts undergoing verification, processing may take up to 24 hours.

  • Withdrawal requests submitted before 10pm Bangladesh time are typically processed the same day.
  • GoldBet may request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals.
  • Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
  • GoldBet reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all GoldBet promotions:

  • Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is used first when placing bets.

07 Gameplay and Fair Play

All games on GoldBet use certified random number generation (RNG) systems provided by verified third-party game suppliers. GoldBet does not alter game outcomes, adjust RTP settings mid-session, or manipulate results in any way. The house edge for each game is fixed and published.

Players are expected to engage with GoldBet games in good faith. The following are strictly prohibited during gameplay:

  • Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with games.
  • Exploiting software bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from known glitches will be voided.
  • Colluding with other players in live dealer games to gain an advantage over the house or other players.

GoldBet monitors gameplay patterns and reserves the right to investigate any account showing unusual betting behaviour. Winnings generated through unfair play will be voided and the account suspended.


08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GoldBet and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

  • Registering more than one GoldBet account.
  • Using GoldBet for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including stolen payment credentials.
  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after using deposited funds to play.
  • Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt GoldBet's platform or servers.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your GoldBet account to another person.
  • Allowing a minor (under 18) to use your GoldBet account.
Zero Tolerance: GoldBet has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Accounts involved in any of these activities will be permanently closed and all funds withheld.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

GoldBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
  • Chargeback requests filed against GoldBet deposits.
  • Bonus abuse or multi-accounting.
  • Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, GoldBet will notify the account holder by email. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

Players may also voluntarily close their GoldBet account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all withdrawal conditions are met.


10 Limitation of Liability

GoldBet provides its platform on an "as is" basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond GoldBet's control may occasionally affect availability.
